We respect privacy. As opposed to state courts, sometimes visited by school trips, trials in Private Court SCSP are open only to the parties and the persons summoned by them. Private Court SCSP, in distinction from state courts, does not inform the Police, Public Prosecutor's Office, Inland Revenue, or a Common Court of Law about the revealed circumstances during the course of proceedings.
If You sign a contract in Private Court SCSP, state courts will not be able to decide disputes resulting from it without Your consent. In Private Court SCSP You can distribute the testator's estate, divide marital property.
